Kamdhenu University (KU) after its enactment in 2009, by Government of Gujarat, has established itself as a teaching and affiliating University for the development of Veterinary and Animal Sciences and for furthering the advancement of teaching, learning, conducting of research and dissemination of findings of research and other technical information to the end users through effective outreach programmes of extension. The vision at the heart of Kamdhenu University is to be the National leader in education and research in the said fields.
